Projects expire
Fourteen days after the last shoot date a project closes and can't send anything new.

A real project name
Crew see it. Requests are attributable, which is most of why recruiters and scrapers don't bother with us.
A budget range on every position
There's no "TBD" field. Crew answer roughly three times faster when they can see the number — hiding it doesn't get you a better price, it gets you silence.
Payment terms up front
Net 15, 30, 60, and who actually cuts the cheque. Stated before anyone replies and recorded against your company afterwards.
Scope, for a booking
Rate sheet requests are light. Booking someone asks for dates, day length, overtime, cancellation terms and what the job actually is — the deal memo you'd write anyway, except on the record.
